Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and organisation details. When you connect AWS accounts, we collect read-only cost and resource metadata through IAM cross-account roles. We do not access or store the contents of your AWS resources.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the Cloudtrim service, including analysing AWS cost data, generating recommendations, producing IaC code, and sending billing and service communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (such as hosting and payment processing), or where required by Australian law. We do not share AWS cost or resource data with any third party.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our database is hosted on Supabase with row-level security enabled. We follow the principle of least privilege for all system access.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, including the 2026 reforms, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe your privacy has been breached.
Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the service is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
