Our Mission

Cloudtrim is built by experienced AWS engineers based in Australia. We've spent years helping organisations architect, optimise, and operate workloads on AWS. Now we're packaging that expertise into a tool that any team can use to find waste in their AWS accounts and cut cloud spend without the consulting bill.

What Cloudtrim Does

Cloudtrim connects to your AWS accounts via read-only IAM cross-account roles, scans for idle resources, right-sizing opportunities, missing Reserved Instance and Savings Plan coverage, and storage tier improvements. Then it generates ready-to-apply CloudFormation and Terraform code so you can remediate waste with confidence.

Why We Built This

Most cost tools give you a dashboard and a list of suggestions. We wanted to go further — give teams the actual infrastructure code to fix the problems we find. Our goal is to pass on the expertise we've built over years of AWS consulting so that small consultancies, agencies, and companies managing 5–20 AWS accounts can ship savings without hiring a specialist.
